The reason show runners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss didn’t keep him in the final cut?

Aside from announcing the Game of Thrones season 7 air date, an HBO rep also explained why the team made a decision to shorten the next two seasons to just less than eight episodes each. Within the entire six-season run of the show, there has been some memorable epic fight scenes, including those that were featured in the episodes “Blackwater” and “The Watchers on the Wall”. “But I don’t think Sansa thinks Jon is fit to rule the North. She doesn’t think he has the intellect, the knowledge, the experience that she has, and I concur”, she said with a laugh. Just out of pure loyalty, I’d say… Jon.

Prior to buzz on a Sansa Stark hook up, Parent Herald reports that Jon Snow was popularly believed destined for marriage to Mother Of Dragons Daenerys Targaryen in “Game Of Thrones”. While the battle for the Iron Throne is important, everyone knows that the real battle is between the living and the dead, as Jon Snow has said many times. “I’m really, really flattered”.

Show creator Dan Weiss said the name Hodor, a truncated version of “Hold The Door”, had become a joke as it was the only word that Nairn’s character could say, but became tragic once it was revealed to be the fate that leads to his death.

“I’m about to check into the Bates Motel very soon”, Rihanna said in a video played during the “Bates Motel” panel.

Because Thrones’ Comic-Con panels take place just weeks after the end of a season, they tend to examine past episodes rather than scoop upcoming ones.

Game of Thrones season 7 will debut in summer 2017.

Turner also touched on the possibility of Jon and Sansa hooking up.

Yesterday the team were asked who they think will end up taking the Iron Throne and Liam Cunningham had a novel theory.

So a hilarious blooper reel has been released from the sixth season of the fantasy drama, featuring appearances from Kit Harington, Emilia Clarke and Peter Dinklage. “I knew I was going to be killed, but I didn’t expect the outpouring of emotions”.

Iwan Rheon, who plays Ramsay, does think his widely hated character had some redeeming characteristics: “Poor guy’s had a tough upbringing”.
