‘Game of Thrones’ premiere pirated 1 million times

Game of Thrones Season 6 continues Sundays on HBO, so we’ll have our answers before long. I still won’t like her even if she brings Jon back. And the Red Woman reveals her true wrinkled and old self as she faces a mirror.

But there is no gentle weaving between each character’s story, fragmented across Westeros and Essos, as we’ve seen in previous episodes.

The million dollar question that may be hovering in the minds of many is whether Jon Snow is alive in “Game of Thrones” Season 6. And the reveal in the Season 6 premiere of Game of Thrones certainly suggested a great age such as this. Perhaps this is the episode where we’ll see the raid on the Tower of Joy?

Other members of the “GOT” family were similarly excited about the possibilities that can now unfurl after the death of Snow, including Maisie Williams (who plays Arya Stark), who said, “It’s obviously the talk of the town right now, but I think people will learn to remember how we left all the other storylines, and how exciting those are as well”. But I’d like to spend more time with her and her new merry band of followers than with Daario and Jorah trying to find their missing Khaleesi. For once, not one person outside of the show’s cast or production team knows.

It’s a confusing and surreal moment for Sansa, who never imagined she would become the head of the house, or as Salon’s Sonia Saraiya wrote, the new Queen of the North. When the series first started, Sansa had a very specific role within her family, and to a much larger extent, within the world she knew.

Now, HBO has released a first look at next week’s instalment along with a couple of very cryptic descriptions for the second and third episodes of the critically acclaimed drama. Thankfully, it has set up all the pieces for some fantastic clashes, both emotional and physical, for the coming episodes.

It finally happened, folks – HBO’s best TV series ever returned last night. Read below the spoiler warning for more about what Sunday’s big twist means going forward.

After the Thrones is hosted by Chris Ryan and Andy Greenwald from The Ringer and, instead of rehashing the model of Talking Dead where Chris Hardwick discussed the latest episode with a panel of celebrity guests, this one is just two guys dishing on Game of Thrones. To see her reduced to this was weirdly sad.
