‘Game of Thrones’ trailer begins with the end of Jon Snow
Game of Thrones still really, really, really wants you to believe that Jon Snow is dead.

Note that even though HBO is presenting this is a red band trailer, the violence and sexuality on display is pretty tame by Game of Thrones standards. The tease offers some sought after hints into what will happen in the upcoming season, as much as some of the plot details burn like hot steel. “I know how long I’m a corpse for, but I can’t tell you that!’ Kit reportedly joked”.
Game of Thrones trailer has garnered more than 30 million views in less than 24 hours, breaking yet another record.
The much-anticipated trailer of ” Game of Thrones” season 6 is finally released. The clip ends with a shot of Jon’s body in the foreground, as Ser Davos (Liam Cunningham) stands ready to protect his corpse. Hence, in the first sequence, HBO gave a glimpse of Jon Snow’s lifeless body still lying on the place where “Game of Thrones” viewers last saw him.
Stannis being dead and Mel looking uncharacteristically weak and broken in the trailer adds weight to this – she needs a new warrior to ally with, and previously declared herself a fan of Jon’s (in her usual way – immediate disrobe!). Jaime Lannister (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) is seen talking to his sister and lover Cersei (Lena Headey), saying, “Everything has been taken from us, we’re going to take back and more”.
Still, we’re holding out hope that the rumors of Jon’s death have been greatly exaggerated. Could Jon Snow return as a White Walker?
