Gas prices up 4 cents cent to $2.21 a gallon
MI gas prices are contininuing their traditional post-Labor Day slide.

The Dearborn-based auto club says the average price for self-serve regular unleaded gasoline was about $2.20 per gallon on Sunday. The national average has increased 5.0 cents per gallon during the last month and stands 17.2 cents per gallon lower than this day one year ago.
Motorists are now saving an average of $18 for a full tank of gas compared to what they paid this time two years ago, when pump prices exceeded $3 a gallon. The cheapest gas is $2.07 at multiple locations.
Including the change in gas prices in OH during the past week, prices Sunday were 18.2 cents per gallon lower than the same day one year ago and are 3.8 cents per gallon lower than a month ago.
