Gay news anchor asks Donald Trump if he’s a homophobe
The point did not go unnoticed with CNN’s Don Lemon, who put the GOP presidential hopeful on the hot seat Wednesday (Sept. 30) with a direct inquiry on whether he thinks he is homophobic and racist, according to The Huffington Post.

Trump again defended his handling of a town hall questioner who ranted about President Obama being a Muslim, and, on the question of whether Muslims are a “problem, ‘ said, “A certain segment are certainly a problem”. Do you think that you are homophobic?” Because they think I’m going to do a great job for the country.
A new poll of 1,000 likely voters byUSA Today/Suffollk University asked them to describe Trump in one word, and “nice” was not the adjective most chose. “And they say, ‘I like what he has to say, but I’m just concerned, ‘” Lemon said. Democrats like me. Liberals like me.
Donald Trump says Muslims are “phenomenal” people.
Trump responded by acknowledging a few Muslims are a problem and pointed out the culprits of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks were not from Sweden.
“I just did a speech for the African-American Chamber of Commerce of South Carolina”, Trump said in response.
“You think you appeal to African-Americans”. “The dais was packed with people – packed with people!”
Trump also addressed the controversy that erupted when an unidentified man at a rally called President Barack Obama a Muslim (he isn’t) and Trump neglected to correct him. They were all up front.
“They think we have a bigger problem because there is a radical Islamic group of people that is brutal”, Trump replied. “I could hardly get into the room, it was a great event, and CNN in particular made me look bad”.

Wouldn’t you rather hear CNN reporters asking questions that matter instead of trying to catch a Republican candidate in a few Islamaphobic snare?
