TMZ says its sources have described conflict between Pitt and Jolie over his use of weed and possibly alcohol, over what she sees as his anger issues and over the way Pitt interacts with the children.

The Maleficent actress filed for divorce from the 52-year-old actor on Monday (19.09.16), citing irreconcilable differences, but they reportedly tried their best to get through the hard times.
On that note, Jolie is asking for physical custody of their children, with visiting rights for Pitt – as opposed to him having joint physical custody. The filing dated the couple’s separation to last Thursday.
Pitt said in a statement to DailyMail.com: “I am very saddened by this, but what matters most now is the well being of our kids”.
A pal said: “I could say the divorce announcement is a shock, but it’s not”.
The couple, who was together since 12 years but got married in 2014, are the guardians of six children.
Sources also claim that Brad is furious with Angelina now and he claimed that she is the one who has put the family in danger by stating that she has made them all a huge media target because of the way she has handled things up to his point. The earlier part of his day was spent at a roundtable with wife, Amal Clooney, President Barack Obama and other CEOS as they discussed pledging money to help with the ongoing refugee dilemma. Sparks reportedly flew between Pitt and Jolie, though Pitt and Aniston were still married.
Their initial romance sparked a tabloid avalanche unlike any in recent memory.

And what makes this even more interesting is the fact that his co-star Marion Cotillard has been dragged into the gossip surrounding the divorce.
