Ghanaians back Reggie N Bollie’s X Factor homecoming

She’s tipped to take home the title of X Factor victor this weekend.

They are Cheryl’s last remaining act, and will battle against bookies favourite Louisa Johnson and Che Chesterman. That said, I wonder what the odds are that Reggie N Bollie actually win this thing.

The 66-year-old star – who is father to adopted daughter Nicole Richie, 34, son Miles, 21, and daughter Sofia, 17 – also revealed what advice he gave the young hopefuls.

‘I thought they would be just a joke act if I’m being honest with you, ‘ he confessed. Performing his wonder class song Want to Want Me, however although his song is fantastic if you listen to it via YouTube his X Factor performance was the worst one I have seen in the history of X Factor guest performances.

Ché Chesterman, Louisa Johnson, Lauren Murray and Reggie “N” Bollie each performed two songs in hopes that they will be voted through to perform at Wembley Arena and a chance at the X Factor crown.

In case you missed it, the hot topic of conversation and cynicism this week came after Lauren Murray was spotted mouthing the words “It’s Louisa” before Louisa’s name was called, sending Lauren to the bottom two and, ultimately, out of the competition.

It was an emotional departure for Lauren on Sunday night (06Dec15).

Louisa made the British public, the judges and the country’s bookmakers fall in love with her from the moment she opened her mouth and gave her soulful rendition of Michael Jackson’s Who’s Loving You, back at the first auditions.

X Factor judge and mentor, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, will also join the duo as they make the rounds in their X Factor promotional bus.

With ratings at an all-time low and ITV’s announcement that they have bought the rights to rival singing contest The Voice, speculation has been rife about the imminent demise of The X Factor. I think this year’s been a really strong year and it could have been anyone [going]. There seems to be a new one every week, with each one more ludicrous that the last. That’s hell. I’m a Celeb… “It will be great to come home and meet the people who have helped us get to the final of the X Factor”.
