Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has been engaged in an emotionally charged feud with Khizr and Ghazala Khan, whose son, Capt. Humayun Khan, was killed by a suicide bomber.

He made those remarks during an interview Monday with Fox News host Sean Hannity from a campaign event in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Kizer Khan said Trump has “sacrificed nothing” and pulled a Constitution out of his pocket, asking Trump if he’s even read the document.
Saldivar told NBCDFW.com that she was speaking out because her sister, Lupe Torres, couldn’t talk about her dead son without breaking down. “We don’t want to be in the same position as France or Germany, which is crime-ridden”.
Donald Trump, the Republican Party’s candidate for the White House, is drawing criticism left and right over his offensive remarks against the Muslim Pakistani parents of a slain USA soldier, with many analysts and political pundits saying the real-estate tycoon has gone too far with his belligerent and aggressive attitude this time. “I work very, very hard”, he said.
On Monday Senator Kirk, who has said he is not voting for Trump, told reporters, “I didn’t like that”. Trump, who is known not to have any restraint on Twitter, used it as a last resort and blamed the media, after all else failed. “I believe that each of us are called every day to show our deepest respect and gratitude to all of those who protect our freedom and their families”.
“Election year or not, the VFW will not tolerate anyone berating a Gold Star family member for exercising his or her right of speech or expression”, said Brian Duffy, VFW president. What he did for the Khan family, he must do for others.
“He has suggested that the likes of their son should not be allowed in the United States – to say nothing of entering its service”, McCain (R-Ariz.) said in a lengthy statement issued by his Senate campaign Monday morning.
Khizr Khan: “Donald Trump, you’re asking Americans to trust you with their future”.
“I can not emphasize enough how deeply I disagree with Mr. Trump’s statement”, McCain added.

McCain finally stood up to the big the bully of the Grand Old Party. Humayun Khan and featured with her husband, Khizr, on the last night of the DNC. The man who got five deferments to avoid being drafted into the Vietnam War denigrated the parents of this war hero, even suggesting that Ms. Khan was silent on stage because she is a Muslim woman who was not allowed to speak.
