Ghostbusters YouTube trailer the most disliked in history
In light of the release of Paul Feig’s new Ghostbusters movie, avid fans of the original Ghostbusters may be yearning for some of the action from the 1984 film. “We’re thrilled that audiences will have the opportunity to revisit the beloved original movie on the big screen”. That will also take place on June 8, which is a banner date for the original film, which hit theaters on that day back in 1984.

Following these special screenings, the classic film will go back in the vault until the release of the new film. An event production company that creates transportive experiences and events around classic movies, BBQ Films will invite moviegoers to strap on a proton pack, grab a trap, and head for the Ecto-1 as they bring their immersive Ghostbusters experience to Villain in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. And then there are those who have been angrily and, at times, violently against the Ghostbusters movie since its original announcement and they really did not like the new trailer.
In fact, the latest news for the film’s trailer must be one of those “Human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together… mass hysteria!” moments for Sony Pictures’ marketing and PR department.
BBQ Films will transform the location into an actual headquarters that will have items like the movie playing in the background, characters and ghosts milling about and, we presume, droves of likeminded unofficial Ghostbusters.

“Please dont (sic) show it. It will do more damage than good, no one is going to watch it. I certainly am not going to watch it and I have an unlimited cinema card”. This summer, they’re here to save the world! The new team is made up of Melissa McCarthy, Leslie Jones, Kristen Wiig, and Kate McKinnon. For a little bit of nostalgia, many of those from the original film are returning in cameo roles so fans only going to see the remake will see Murray, Aykroyd, Weaver, and Hudson.
