This loss was a heartbreaking for the Cowboys because they dominated the game today. NY came out in the third quarter and looked out of sorts. The game ended with the ball on the NY 40 but no time left for Bailey to swing his leg. Victor Cruz utilized a pick play that got Cowboys corner Brandon Carr caught up in the wash, and found himself wide open in the endzone as a result. Cruz’s first touchdown (and salsa dance) since returning from injury gave the Giants the late lead. The rookie made a tremendous leaping catch in the end zone on a 9-yard fade pass from Manning, leaping over one defender and holding on as he was hit by another. It’s a long season, but it may be hard for Dallas to get the taste of this one out of their collective mouths. “I’m thinking go win the game”.
