Miami Dolphins interim head coach Dan Campbell walked into the media room Tuesday with a look of anger mixed with a lack of sleep. Dolphins RT Ja’Wuan James (toe) missed his sixth consecutive game…. Dolphins WR Rishard Matthews (ribs) missed his second straight game…. Mark Herzlich started in place of Kennard, and Craig Dahl replaced Meriweather… All of those factors plus the otherwise solid pass blocking made this week about as close to a ideal showing by the Giants’ passing game in a winning effort as there’s been all season long.
