When asked about Swift during an interview with Entertainment Tonight following the launch of her collaboration with Tommy Hilfiger during New York Fashion Week, the 21 year-old said, “She’s obviously such a great friend, and you know, she is starting to go back to work in the studio again”. We have been anticipating this news since Taylor broke up with Calvin Harris. Of course, the timing seems to be rather freakish considering Taylor Swift just broke up with her ex Tom Hiddleston, who she just happened to jump into a romance with after her Calvin Harris breakup. She sang along to Rihanna’s and Harris’ This Is What You Came For, the song she co-wrote, at the event.

Still on a happier note, Swift will never, ever run out of things to write about. Since 2006 she has released a new record every two years in the autumn, but 1989 came out in 2014 and there will be no new album for 2016.
