Gigi Hadid: Zayn is my ‘special someone’

From modelling for Levi’s to starring in campaigns for plus-size clothing brand, Lane Bryant, Ashley Graham recently made history by being the first plus-size cover star of Sports Illustrated by starring in the magazine’s 2016 Swimsuit issue.

After our interview, she signed our copies of the Sports Illustrated magazine and posed for lots of pictures with us. In fact, there’s only one plus size model who has achieved such an accomplishment and her name is Ashley Graham.

“I don’t care if you’re the most gorgeous person out there, if it’s a hot day and you’re naked and you’re slouching, no girl wants a picture of that and that’s what got out there first”.

Holy hotness! Gigi Hadid, 20, is back for her third appearance in the annual Sports Illustrated’s iconic Swimsuit Issue and this time, she’s taking things to a whole new sexy level. At last night’s launch event in NYC for the new issue, three models who’ve had previous experience getting body painted described what the process is really like. “You know, I’m a regular size 12 and that’s quite a common size”, Lawley said.

I think more women should embrace body paint as a viable swimsuit alternative. Now ski racer Lindsay Vonn shared a video on Instagram from her body paint shoot that turned the table into her favor.

Robyn Lawley tried to be a “regular” model for a few years.

Gigi Hadid rarely looks anything less than ideal – even a simple coffee run ends up looking like a fashion show – but her latest shoot with Sports Illustrated has left our jaws firmly on the floor.

Graham says it’s time society celebrates all body types. She had said, ‘You are bold.

It’s skilled work and technically complex, but I must admit that the images leave me feeling pretty disappointed. “When your children are like ‘daddy, what’s this?’ remind me to tell you to breathe”.

Because unlike countless other swimsuit issues (and Victoria’s Secret catalogs and Cosmo covers and so on), it makes women feel more, not less, comfortable in their skin.

Ronda Rousey's SI Swimsuit cover accounted for more than half of the social media chatter. Sports Illustrated
