Now the Gionee S Plus price is official from the India launch, and the title has dropped the “Elife” part of the name.

Though the media event is still two weeks away, PhoneRadar was able to obtain leaked images, press materials and live unit.
Gionee Elife S Plus specifications and features: The smartphone is said to feature a 5.5-inch HD (1280×720 pixels) AMOLED display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered 1.3 GHz octa-core (MediaTek MT6753) processor paired with 3GB of RAM and Mali-T720 GPU.
Gionee S Plus is loaded with a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel selfie camera. Also on is 16GB internal storage, which can be expanded using a microSD card.
On the camera front, the device comes equipped with a 13 Megapixel primary camera and a 5 Megapixel front facing shooter.
The Gionee smartphone is backed up by a capable 3,150 mAh battery. On the software it runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop wrapped under Amigo 3.1. It will be available at a few point in the first week of November, so anytime now, and it comes in Dark Blue, Golden, or White colour options. The Elife S Plus smartphone will also be one of the first affordable devices to feature a USB Type-C charging port on the bottom.
