Girl Scouts to begin cookie booth sales
Ten-year-old Lauren Lindsay was selling Girl Scout cookies outside a Walmart in Willow Grove when a man surprised her with $100.

The Scout sold cookies outside a Portland marijuana dispensary, hoping to raise money for a summer trip to horse camp.
During their local kick-off for Girl Scout Cookie sales, local Girl Scouts learned about the customs and fun of Mardi Gras.
Cookie credits are not the only lesson about credit the girls learn.
The girls are getting ready for National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend and the kick-off of booth sales, which is February 26-28.
These cookies came from a warehouse in Knoxville, and will be used for cookie booths and deliveries in our community.
Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri partners with the USO of Missouri in its Troop to Troop program, in which customers can buy Girl Scout Cookies to be donated to service members.
Military members, Girl Scouts and USO and Girl Scout spokespeople will be available at the event for interviews.
