Giuliani calls Trump the leader of a ‘movement’
Wearing a bright red baseball cap, the elder Mateen didn’t appear fazed when Clinton referenced the June 12 shooting in her speech, a clip of which can be viewed above.

Asked if Trump was inferring violent acts against Clinton, Pence says, “Of course not, no”.
“Clinton is good for United States versus Donald Trump”, Mateen told WPTV. “That would be much better”.
Clinton, on a trip through the crucial swing state, opened her speech with a tribute to the 49 people who lost their lives in Orlando.
While clearly Clinton won’t be using Mateen’s endorsement, I look for Trump to make hay in 4-3-2.
Clinton’s opponent, Republican nominee Donald Trump, blamed the June 12 massacre on America’s “immigration system” which he claims is too lax, ignoring that the shooter, Omar Mateen, was born in NY and was an American citizen.
Mateen told WPTV that he is a member of the Democratic Party and that he received a general invitation to the event sent out to all party members in the area.
When eventually asked about the events at Pulse nightclub, she said: “I spoke a lot about that and wish that my son joined the Army and fought ISIS”.
“Why they should be surprised?” he asked.
A source with knowledge of the campaign’s plans says aides at Clinton’s NY headquarters spoke Monday with Democratic Party officials in Georgia and Arizona to discuss a six-figure investment across the two states. “I don’t approve of what he did”, Mateen told CBS.
A Clinton spokesperson commented, “This individual wasn’t invited as a guest and the campaign was unaware of his attendance until after the event”.
Security at public campaign rallies includes metal detectors, but attendees are typically not required to undergo background checks or receive additional scrutiny unless they will be sitting within feet of the candidate.
Clinton’s campaign denies it invited Seddique Mateen to her Florida rally.
“I would be outraged that our community would even want to have him in our perimeter or participate with him in any incident”, said Jacobi Ceballo, a survivor of the Pulse nightclub shooting.

However when the same news crew bumped into Mateen again at a gas station later than evening, he agreed to speak on camera about his support for the former Secretary of State.
