Salling has had a few legal problems in the past. Salling denied the charges and the case was later settled.

So what kind of sentence could Salling face? The outlet noted that possession of over 600 images can land him up to five years in prison. Obviously, Mark Salling hasnt been formally charged yet, and, even if he had been, he hasnt come anywhere near being found guilty.
