Gloves Off: Ted Cruz Accuses Donald Trump Of Being Pro-‘Amnesty’
Trump, not Cruz, has in the past identified himself as both a Democrat and an independent.

In one clear barometer, four Republican senators have endorsed Florida Sen.
Polling shown to House Republicans recently identified Cruz as the most hard presidential nominee for any of them to share a ballot with.
Charles Krauthammer told viewers Friday on “Special Report with Bret Baier” that Donald Trump’s presidential candidacy has “become normalized” among those in the mainstream Republican party. On Boston Herald Radio early Thursday, Cruz said the Republican establishment was moving toward Trump, and he suggested the New Yorker might compromise on conservative principles on issues such as immigration and eminent domain. “I think that if they’re not here legally, then they shouldn’t be here at all”.
During a rally at the Iowa State University, Sarah Palin announced her support for Donald Trump for the USA presidential elections.
On Friday, Trump released a new ad questioning Cruz’s stance on immigration policy and highlighting a December interview on FOX News, when the Texas senator stumbled to articulate his past positions on legal status for undocumented immigrants.
In addition, polling data indicates that Cruz is doing well with Republicans who voted in the party’s last competitive caucus.
Trump’s 60-second ad begins running in the early primary states of Iowa, New Hampshire and SC.
Former Massachusetts Gov. Romney is known as the “grandfather of ObamaCare” because of his state health care takeover, which helped inspire President Obama’s big government national medical care transformation. He denies that he ever supported a way to let immigrants here illegally stay on and is now, like Trump, calling for a wall on the southern border.
“The millions of dollars of attack ads will come, but they’re not gonna overcome, I believe, the strength of the grassroots”, Cruz said. In the ad the narrator says, “The presidency is the toughest job in the world and she’s the one leader who has what it takes to get every part of the job done”.
Cruz is the latest challenger to have temporarily peaked over Trump in Iowa.
“Look, he’s bold, he’s brash, he’s an unbelievable marketer”.
