Curry is a monster and the Warriors are the champs and the Wolves are still the Wolves, but maybe on the second night of a back-to-back Minnesota can catch the Warriors for their first loss of the season?

Stephen Curry finished with 46 points, his third 40-point game of the season, and the Warriors stayed undefeated.

The Warriors did not let the Wolves get any closer.

IN 102, at Boston 91: Paul George had 26 points and 10 rebounds to help the Pacers win for the fifth time in six games.

ABOUT THE TIMBERWOLVES (4-3): While Towns has gotten off to a tremendous start, fellow 2015 first-round pick Tyrus Jones is having trouble making his way into the rotation.

“Shots aren’t going down, and that’s frustrating”, said shooting guard Courtney Lee, who shot 1-for-7 overall and 0-for-3 from 3-point range, finishing with three points. They shot 48 percent (36-for-75) from the floor. The Wolves scored 10 points off of six Warriors turnovers, had seven second chance points and made 13-of-14 free throw attempts.

Mitchell, Minnesota’s interim head coach, said his team played good defense.

Golden State’s 129 points is also the second highest for the season after that Pelicans game.

According to the largest online retailer of officially licensed sports merchandise, Fanatics.com, Curry is the top-selling National Basketball Association player and the Warriors are the top-selling team.

Midway through the game, Yahoo!Sports reported Taylor is in serious negotiations to sell about 20 percent of the team to a group led by one of Memphis’ minority partners, Los Angeles private equity investor Steve Kaplan. For such a cool day, the league’s reigning MVP was as hot as the sun in the first quarter.

Draymond Green had 23 points, 12 assists and eight rebounds for the Warriors, who are the fourth defending champion to start the season with at least 10 straight victories.

Curry followed with a 3 and a pull-up jumper, and Klay Thompson buried another 3 in the corner to push the lead back to double digits.

Andrew Wiggins scored 19 points and five assists and Karl-Anthony Towns, posting his sixth double-double in the last eight games, collected 17 points and 11 rebounds to lead the way for the Timberwolves in the defeat at Target Center.

To finish the quarter, Curry tipped and stole a pass before racing down the court and leaning in to hit a 40-foot buzzer beater that left him pumping his fist again as the Warriors led 74-63.

It’s becoming more and more evident that this Warriors team, on something of a crusade to shut up all those who criticized their way of winning a championship last season, is on its way to being remembered as one of the great dynasties.
