A auto crash victim has claimed a truck driver, who she assumed was a Good Samaritan about to help her, stole from her following an accident.
If this wasn’t traumatic enough, she was then robbed by a man posing as a Good Samaritan.
‘(He) even found her purse and brought it over to her, ‘ Joshua Smith wrote in the now-viral Facebook post.
“So my sister was in a roll over this morning (car rolled 3 times)”.
“The police officer asked for my driver’s license and insurance and that’s when I realized my wallet was not in my purse”, she said. All her credit cards.
Smith had just freed herself and gotten out of her auto when a man stopped.
“What the hell is wrong with this world!?”
The man, who was driving a red pickup truck, has still not been identified.
A few way, some how, Kimberly crawled out and managed to wave someone down for help. She is headed to the ER now. We are better people than that. “Thank y’all”.
Several people have shared Joshua’s Facebook post about what happened to Kimberly, pictured in undated photos.
The man who robbed Kimberly has not been found.
“I was crawling out of my auto, and at that point he was walking up and asking if I was okay and asking if I needed help”, she said. The woman was eventually freed from the smashed vehicle and taken to a local hospital for treatment, but the unidentified crook has not been located as of yet.
KHOU reports that Kimberly suffered only cuts and bruises.
“It’s really a miracle that I’m alive and that I was able to walk away from it”, said Kimberly. Another stranger stopped and called 911 for her. But when she looked for him, he had gone, she said.

A man stopped and after helping her out of the auto she says he went back to the vehicle and stole her wallet and then drove off. “It’s really sad that it has gotten to that point where people just don’t want to stop and help anymore”.
