Google has filed patents with the United States Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for a new version of the revolutionary Google Glass device.

Curiously, while these images are finally live on the FCC website, Google has yet to formally announce the Enterprise Edition of Glass in any capacity.
Google has yet to confirm the new Google Glass, but it is said to be working on a second version of the new headset aimed at consumers.
As far as internals go, the new Glass should feature an Intel SoC, support for 5GHz WiFi, a longer lasting battery and finally, an improved camera.
According to still unconfirmed rumors, Google would try to push Glass gadget to the business and to the scientific environment and because of this, the manufacturer has not struggled too hard to modify the design.
Google released the first version of Glass in March, 2014.
Rumors that Google was developing a new edition of its gadget began circulating in the media in July, despite no confirmation of the existence of the project by the company.
There have been rumours of new Google Glass hardware on the way for several months.
The images show how the company has included a larger screen prism with a hinge that allows it to be folded and neatly tucked away into a pocket.
As you can see, it doesn’t look all that different from the divisive originals, but there is one notable difference.
Google Glass submission to the FCC. The camera light will turn green when the camera is activated which will help Glass get some acceptance in public, since people were freaking out when they found out that Glass can silently record them.

The only point that can make a potential buyer withdraw is the fact that this device does not come with any Google proprietary software (say Android OS). The new Glass also folds, just like regular glasses.
