Google is already updating its apps for Android N
By releasing a preview earlier than Android developers expected, Google said it hopes to incorporate more feedback into the final release, which it aims to have ready by sometime this summer. This is not the final version of Android N but only the first of many developer previews.

When Android N was revealed, Google highlighted a lot of the software’s biggest features, including revamped notifications, multi-window support, and quick settings right from the notification shade, similar to what we’ve seen from Android skins such as TouchWiz.
Google are being very tight lipped about the “N”, and there have been a few hints that it could be savoury not sweet this time. Google said that it could allow run a video-playing app while a user opens a different app. For example, you could continue to watch a YouTube video while opening up your Gmail app to respond to an email.

Android Marshmallow, the latest version of Google’s mobile operating system, came out only six months ago, so it came as a surprise to many when the company today announced the release of a developer preview version of Marshmallow’s successor, known officially, for now, as “Android N”. One thing for sure is that there will be additional developer previews down the line. And, as the final build release nears, Google will be inviting consumers to try the new Android N. If you’re a developer or an Android enthusiast, you can flash the new OS to your Nexus compatible device or take advantage of the newly launched Android Beta Program.
