Scotiabank is proud to be featured on regional Great Place to Work lists in Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Mexico, Panama, Peru and Puerto Rico in 2015.

About 47 countries were represented by the companies listed in these best workplaces and vary from tech-based companies to cosmetics and even chemicals. “Sharing this recognition with other global leaders in people management and motivation as recognized by Great Place to Work® validates the success of our people management and the emphasis we place in our employees”, said Inaki Cebollero, Atento’s Chief People Officer.

Other companies with a major presence in the Triangle that made the latest list released Tuesday include: NetApp, No. 4; Cisco, No. 15; and Novo Nordisk, No. 25.

For the third year in succession, Google has been crowned the world’s best company to work.

The Cadence one team approach can also be seen in its employee commitment to giving back to the communities where they live and work. Furthermore, the company would also need to have 40% of its total workforce outside its home country’s headquarters. This program enables full-time employees to take off up to five days per calendar year – with full pay and benefits – to volunteer at nonprofits of their choice. “Because when they’re satisfied, our customers are, too”.
