Google Now allows dictating messages on WhatsApp, Viber, WeChat
The company is making improvements and adding new features to the product consistently, as it competes with Apple’s Siri and Microsoft’s Cortana in the space.

You’re no longer restricted to SMS messages for dictation. Initially, the new functionality was supported by 40 apps, and in April, Google added 70 more apps to the mix.
So how does the magic work? After this, a prompt asks users to dictate the desired message, post which the message is sent to the intended recipient on WhatsApp. There’s also a shortcut version that’s a bit more straightforward. You can use this messaging option on a few of the most popular apps like Vibe, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.
Time and again we have wished for an app that would let us dictate our messages and save all the tedious typing.
To send a message with the personal assistant you have two options.
Google has rolled out an update to its Android app that allows users to send WhatsApp messages using their voice. This came 6 years after the app was launched by Brian Acton and Jan Koum and one year after Facebook bought WhatsApp back in February 2014. Now this feature is Android only no word if this will actually make it to iOS, but it likely will not.

This is only part of the Google Now tsunami that has been planning on crashing onto the app world.
