Google offers paid apps on Play Store for Rs. 10

Google also has tracking tools that will help “simplify campaign management and improve measurement for developers”. Beta testers who have the link can join with a click, allowing for large test groups. Next up is email testing.

Android app developers running search app install campaigns in AdWords will automatically have ads eligible to show in Play Store search results.

The Google Developer Console now allows users to release their apps in the PlayStore as alpha or beta builds to select users so that they can collect bug reports and such without negatively impacting their apps’ reputation. Now as you could have realized, the competition for this ranking list is much lesser as you are competing only with new apps and not the world renowned apps that might be there in the main rankings.

It’s also yet another example of how Google is “refocusing” Google+, cutting the ties between it and the company’s other products and services.

However, the previously-available closed beta options, through a Google Group or Google+ community, will continue to exist.

Developers will have to sign up using an email address or use a.csv file with addresses uploaded by the developer, and the developer should overtly permit users into the beta program. Another interesting tidbit is that restores will still take place for apps even when sideloaded or downloaded from other app stores outside of Google Play. And staying true to their focus on the country, the search giant has also revised its app price plans which will now start from as low as Rs 10. If your kids ever touch your Android device or you have one for the family, probably the Parental control feature will come in handy to restrict children from accessing explicit content from the Play Store.

Google Play Store App pricing will now start at Rs.10
