Google Planning Two New Nexus Models for Android Release

The day that we will get new Nexus smartphones from LG and Huawei. According to Android Police, the Huawei Nexus will be the first Nexus device to have storage option of 128GB inbuilt.

There’s also a possibility that the Huawei device will offer microSD support, so there should be plenty of room for your music and photo collection. A powerful Snapdragon 810 processor and 3GB of RAM are expected to power the next-generation Nexus 6P.

A battery saver called Doze is the new addition to Android expected to manage wisely battery usage of a device.

With Google virtually announcing the next Nexus phones, we’re sure about laying our hands on some juicy details on them before the launch happens. This year it will be partnering with South Korea’s LG Electronics and Chinese smartphone maker Huawei Technologies. Moreover, the X and the P are seen as a move to make it easy for consumers to look up on the newer Nexus models on the Web.

A much more plausible explanation is that Google is addressing one of the Nexus range’s principal problems, in the form of its highly ambiguous naming convention. It was also shown running on the new Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

Google has already issued invitations to a September 29th event in San Francisco, where the official announcements of the new Nexus phones seem all but inevitable.

In hindsight, the current generation Motorola Nexus 6 only has 32GB and 64GB variants. The Nexus line is known for its value, and we really can’t see Google taking prices any higher than its £499 Nexus 6.

The upcoming Huawei-manufactured Nexus is said to be equipped with a 21-megapixel rear camera, fingerprint scanner and a USB Type-C port. The device will most definitely have a front-facing shooter, but information about the feature have been scarce. Sources say that it will have a 5.2-inch LCD screen with a full HD 1080p resolution. Other manufacturers would be looking at it, since most will likely put out their own Android Marshmallow smart phones soon.
