Google readying a tablet called the Pixel Slate
Google has equipped the smartphone with a massive 6.71-inches P-OLED display that features a pixel resolution of 1440 x 2690 and a pixel density of 491ppi. There’s was also a leak that had surfaced which is apparently the un-boxing video of XL.

Just when we thought we had seen enough of Google Pixel 3 leaks, we are served fresh leaks by the company’s carrier and retail partners. We’ll only know tomorrow.
As you can see below, the device is a tablet. In regards to ports, you’ll find two USB-C ports, two USB-A ones, a microSD card slot, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. More on this below.
The dark lines on either side of the back of these Pixel Slate renders, obtained by mysmartprice.com, are very similar to the cellular antenna lines found on other devices. The Pixel 3 models could also come in an Aqua colour option. The images show off pogo-pin connectors which means it will support a detachable keyboard. Google is reportedly intending to launch a small-scale adaptation of Pixel 3 at the occasion called Pixel 3 Mini. The Pixelbook Slate’s keyboard will feature a touchpad and round keys, and the tablet itself is said to have a camera on the front and rear, and a power button with a built-in fingerprint sensor. It seems like Google is ready to go against the iPad Pro.
Google is no stranger to the tablet market. A few weeks on and now, Google is all set to take on the spotlight at its big event due tomorrow at San Francisco.
The Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL are reported to continue with the design of the Pixel 2-series.
These devices are expected to be packed with new features including a faster processor, longer battery life and improved displays. Additionally, Google might also integrate AI for better photography experience.
Most specifications of the Google Pixel 3 have also been confirmed, which reveal hardware specifications of smartphones.
There are a lot of products which are expected to launch in Google’s launching event on October 9th. Will you be picking one of these up when they’re available?
