Android 7.0 Nougat brings with it several exciting features such as an improved Doze Mode, Data Saver feature, Split Screen, a quick reply system for apps and even a virtual game where you can catch cats.
If you are hankering for Android 7.0 Nougat and are unable to wait for the update to hit your device and want to flash it now, you’re in luck. The new operating system comes with over 1,500 different emoji built into it, including 72 new ones.
Multi-locale support: Apps can tailor their content based on your locale settings. So if someone speaks multiple languages, for instance, then search engines can show results in each of those languages. So you can open the browser window and a notepad window and copy stuff from the browser to the notepad. Its direct reply feature lets you directly to notifications without even opening the apps.
More secure As always, Android 7.0 Nougat is built with powerful layers of security and encryption to keep data private and secure.
On the other hand, it’s likely that new devices running Nougat will start appearing near the end of the year so if your current phone is feeling the strain, it might not be a bad idea to wait.
The new OS can better isolate and protect files for individual users on a device.
For security, there is file-based encryption and Direct Boot (to help your device startup faster) features. The phone maker will announce additional devices that will receive the update later this year, after Google ships Android N to manufacturers. Fortunately, Google has done something about this in Android Nougat…

Nougat also addresses work related issues. Multi-window allows two apps to operate in tandem on screen, so you can refer to Chrome while editing a document. Further, text and images can be dragged between these two windows. A “Clear All” button is added, as well as switching to the previous app by simply tapping the recent apps button. The LG-made Nexus 5, which launched with Android 5.0 Lollipop in late 2013, and the Asus-made 2013 Nexus 7, which launched with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean in July 2013, will be parked for good at Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
