It’s a big day for Android lovers as the latest Android version Nougat 7.0 has finally started rolling out. In addition, the upcoming release of the LG V20 will be the first smartphone to come packaged with the latest operating system. Still nothing for the Huawei Nexus 6P, LG Nexus 5X, Motorola Nexus 6, or the LTE-capable version of the Nexus 9.

The General Mobile 4G, an Android One device which is getting the Nougat update directly from Google but isn’t officially part of the Nexus program, is not listed on that download page.

Android 7.0 Nougat: What happens to Beta Program users? As with most updates, though, keep in mind that this rollout will be staggered, so it could take some time for Android 7.0 to make its way to your neck of the woods.

Android Nougat will be available on the following devices as an over the air update.

Android 7.0 is a significant update to Google’s mobile OS with multi-window support, redesigned notifications, and many underlying performance optimizations.

Also available is a new boot process called Direct Boot, some new emojis and an updated notification shade. Prior to this version, new Android updates were revealed at the company’s developer conference and rolled out to phones shortly after.

It turns out that those two features are being held back by Google in order to launch with the new Nexus devices for the year.
