Google Unveils New Android ‘N’
Considering the fact that the Play Store app is an important one for all the Android devices, it is important that the Google Play Store APK itself is update regularly.

Google’s Hiroshi Lockheimer says that the final version of Android N will be delivered to manufacturers this summer, and Google’s Android N overview adds a bit more info, saying that the public release will be given to OEMs in Q3 2016.
The supported devices for the Android N Preview are the Nexus 5X, the Nexus 6, the Nexus 6P, the Nexus 9, the Nexus 9G, the Nexus Player and the Pixel C.
Doze improvements. Google launched the Doze feature in Android Marshmallow, dramatically improving device battery life.
On Monday, Google published statistics that showed an older version of Android, Lollipop, was still more widely used than the latest variant.
There is also a new bundled notifications feature to allow users to group notifications from the same app together – for example individual messages from a messaging app. These grouped notifications can then be expanded into individual notifications by using a two-finger gesture or tapping the new expansion button. While many jumped at the chance for an array of reasons, myself included, there are also some reasons to avoid the new Android N beta program.
Android For Work has been updated with more features in Android N. Users can now set new passwords and fingerprint security to unlock Work apps.
By the time phones running on the software hit the market this fall, Android N is expected to eventually be named after a sweet food beginning with “n” in the tradition of all the previous versions that Google has made. Again, this is going to be more useful for those of you with tablets or larger phones, otherwise the display is likely to become a little too busy.
Google will likely announce more details at its I/O conference in May. Moreover, Android N debuts Project Svelte. From there you’ll be able to load to any one of your Nexus devices – just so long as they are newer than the Nexus 5. Users can manually install it with the link above (but wipe out their device) or sign up for the Android N Beta OTA program and get actual over the air updates right from Google, no flashing insane software required.

It goes without saying that this is a very early, very buggy release of Android N: don’t do this with a device you rely on and make sure all your key data is backed up first.
