“You could see there was blood coming out of her eyes, blood coming out of her wherever”, Trump said on Friday.

“I just don’t want someone on stage who gets a hostile question from a lady and his first inclination is to imply it was hormonal”.

Trump’s comments Saturday targeted the well-known conservative blogger Erick Erickson, the organizer of the yearly Red State Gathering. “Beside my overwhelming good looks and charm, strength is what will make you relate to a person from New Jersey”.

Soon after the interview aired, RedState’s Erick Erickson booted Trump from the event’s Saturday lineup. I think we kind of rumbled last night. “What do you assume?”

Rick Perry waves to the crowd at the RedState Gathering on August 7, 2015, in Atlanta. “I had lots of enjoyable final night time”.

The RedState Gathering is slated to conclude with a “RedState Tailgate with Donald Trump” at the College Football Hall of Fame on Saturday evening. “The voters will decide who our nominee is”.

“We’ve got to distinguish between campaign conservatives, who on the campaign trail suddenly discover they are the most conservative soul who has ever lived”, Cruz said, and those like himself.

“I don’t do squishy on judges”, Perry said. “Not as late as I wanted to be”.

However Perry campaigned as if he was one of many social gathering’s top-tier candidates, declaring that his 14 years as governor in Texas show he is worthy of a promotion.

“It’s important for our country to have this discussion about executive experience”, Perry said, knocking President Barack Obama as “an inexperienced senator” who has “driven this country into a ditch”.

But arguably the payoff will be hour-long speeches from the would-be White House residents, kicking off with an address by New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie on Friday morning. “That’s why I’m running for president of the United States”.
