Paul Manafort, Donald Trump’s campaign chairman, stated early Thursday morning that “of course Trump will work with Ryan”.

After denying there were deep divisions in his campaign, Trump turned the focus on his Democratic rival, Hillary Clinton. “It is distressing that this is not what we’re talking about these days”. But only one Republican lawmaker, moderate Rep. Richard Hanna of NY – who is retiring this year and won’t face voters in November – said he would vote for Clinton rather than Trump.

“Speaker Ryan has taken every opportunity to undermine our party’s candidate, and I think that is despicable”, he said. John McCain in their primaries.

In the middle of the uproar over his continued criticism of the Khan family, Mr Trump infuriated Mr Priebus and other party leaders by refusing to endorse Republican House Speaker Paul Ryan’s re-election.

Trump supporter Ben Carson, the retired neurosurgeon who ran unsuccessfully for the Republican presidential nomination, said Trump realized the need to focus on Clinton, .

“Donald Trump supports those who wear the uniform, that protect our families in law enforcement, public safety and firefighters like no one I’ve ever known”, said Pence.

“He’s going to support Paul Ryan, he does support Paul Ryan”.

U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Paul Ryan, who has endorsed Trump but has not received a reciprocal endorsement from the NY businessman, told WTAQ radio host Jerry Bader in Green Bay, Wisconsin, that Trump has “had a pretty unusual run since the convention”.

The solid month of July fundraising left the campaign with $37 million in cash-on-hand while the joint Trump Victory Fund shared by the Trump campaign, the RNC and several state Republican parties held another $37 million.

Ryan has outraised Nehlen 17-to-1 and has been tapping that almost $15 million to blanket the airwaves with campaign ads that focus on national security and don’t even mention his opponent.

Wisconsin voters may well send Paul Ryan back to Congress.

“I like Paul, but these are terrible times for our country”, Trump told The Washington Post. He’s a strong conservative leader. We need very, very strong leadership. “I’m just not ready to do that at this point. I’m not quite there yet”.

“I like Paul, but these are terrible times for our country”, Trump said in an interview with The Washington Post.

Late on Tuesday, Meg Whitman, a prominent Republican fundraiser and chief executive of Hewlett Packard Enterprise, endorsed Clinton’s White House bid, calling Trump an “authoritarian character” and a threat to democracy.

Kinzinger, who has openly hesitated to embrace Trump as his party’s standard-bearer, said he went to Cleveland hoping to “at least mildly endorse the Republican front-runner”.

Appearing on the Jerry Bader Show Thursday, Ryan says that doesn’t mean he won’t speak out against him.

Manafort added at the end of the segment, “I’m going to get in trouble on that one”. “But I don’t think it’s very smart on the front of Donald Trump”. “It’s clear he doesn’t care about the Republican Party, so what responsibility does the Republican Party have to him at this point?” “And this is only detracting”.
