GOP presidential candidate Ben Carson misplaces New England in Instagram post
We knew Ben Carson had big plans for changing the United States – we just didn’t know that included literally changing the United States.

The map, which had been posted to the campaign’s Facebook page, was deleted overnight.
On Tuesday, presidential candidate and apparent dumbass Ben Carson tweeted the following map of the United States while supporting the bigoted and deeply fucked-up push to say no to accepting Syrian refugee families who are fleeing for their lives.
Carson’s “plan” to defeat ISIS in part relies on the hacktivist group Anonymous, or their tactics, and the willingness of social media companies, like Twitter and Facebook, to enforce their terms of service. NY could use a few more beaches, and I think Rhode Island being even smaller is pretty cool.
The Washington Post had a few fun with describing the mistakes in the map of “Ben Carson’s America”. MA shares a border with Canada.

Left: Ben Carson’s version of the northeast. Vermont, home of the dreaded Bernie Sanders, is forced to merge with CT, and the rest of New England marches northward in celebration of the socialist purge.
