GOP presidential hopeful Ted Cruz accused of Iowa caucus fraud by Trump
With Rubio’s ascendancy, the other establishment candidates such as John Kasich, Chris Christie and Jeb Bush have only the New Hampshire primary to rely on for voter momentum in other states. The mailer showed recipients their history of voting or not in past caucuses, along with the turnout record of their neighbors, and drew complaints from Iowa’s secretary of state.

But by Wednesday, Trump was laying out a list of accusations. He asserted that Cruz spread “a lie” about Trump supporting Obamacare and being pro-abortion rights.
Then Cruz turned the insult dial up to 11.
“What kind of people do we have running for office?” the billionaire businessman said at a campaign event in Milford, New Hampshire. Iowa isn’t a particularly exciting state, and when I think of it, I think of nothing more than corn.
The poll was conducted before the Democrats met on Thursday in their final debate before next Tuesday’s election, their first one-on-one clash since Martin O’Malley ended his campaign following a disappointing performance in Iowa.
Meanwhile, Mr Trump has predicted he will win over voters next week in New Hampshire, where he has a substantial lead in polls. Entrance polls in Iowa showed late-deciders there were also less apt to back Trump than their early-decider peers. Trump has many lower-income, less-educated citizens among his fans, and those are groups whose turnout can be disproportionately low.
While support for Trump is virtually unchanged from a poll released last week, support for Sens. In Iowa, they likely were.
New Hampshire also differs from Iowa in regards to scheduling.
At least Trump didn’t win, I guess.
Later the same day, Cruz spoke about Carter’s remarks to supporters in New Hampshire, CBS News reported. In an interview with Fox news, Carson says his wife had to explain at one caucus site that he had not quit the race.
Rand Paul, a US senator from Kentucky with a libertarian philosophy, pulled out of the Republican race. Overall, Iowa sends 30 to the GOP convention.
After the next few weeks have passed, three (OK, maybe four) candidates will remain viable. “Additionally, they misrepresented Mr. Trump and unfortunately this happens all the time with crooked politicians”.
This disparate coalition of lawmakers, consultants, media, and money hadn’t rallied around a single champion prior to Iowa.

And with a strong performance Saturday night, he’ll take one step closer to consolidating that wing of his party and becoming a true force in the 2016 contest.
