GOP Senator “Very Disappointed” With Ted Cruz For Not Endorsing Trump
Speaking to an incensed Texas delegation, Cruz recalled an answer he gave at a Republican debates this year, when he enthusiastically said he would support the party’s official nominee. “It’s high time we brought in somebody who has a positive attitude about all people”.

“History is watching us now. Millions of Democrats will join our movement, because we are going to fix the system so it works for all Americans”.
“Americans watching this address tonight have seen the recent images of violence in our streets and the chaos in our communities”, Trump’s speech excerpts say. The Republican nominee promised to appoint “the best prosecutors and law-enforcement officers”. “I met him once”, Trump said.
Her star turn in Cleveland was one of the top trending topics on Twitter late on Thursday, with about 121 tweets mentioning her name posted every minute.
“How great are our police?”
Stephanopoulos, like most TV News veterans, continues to believe Trump is as bewildered as are they that the reality-TV star became the GOP’s pick. “But we will also be a country of law and order”.
According to a leaked draft speech transcript published by the website Politico.com, Trump seldom went off script and when he did, he often repeated what he had just said and added an exclamation point. “Her bad instincts and her bad judgment – something pointed out by Bernie Sanders – are what caused numerous disasters unfolding today”.
Trump painted his rival from the Democratic camp Hillary Clinton as incompetent.
She more than compensated on Thursday night, some convention delegates said.
“They are throwing money at her because they have total control over everything she does”, Trump said. One man, a Republican delegate in Cleveland, carried a placard all week around the convention that read: “Ivanka, 2024″.
The crowd’s enthusiasm in the hall occasionally boiled over, interrupting the real-estate magnate. As the crowd, fiercely opposed to Clinton, broke out in its oft-used chant, “Lock her up”, he waved them off, and declared, “Let’s defeat her in November”. Since Trump announced his intention to run for the White House last year, she has been steadily drawn into her father’s presidential campaign along with her 35-year-old husband Jared Kushner.
The nominee has no campaign events scheduled for this weekend but is expected to be out and about during next week’s Democratic convention.
However, he also included in his campaign the protection of other minorities, especially calling out to young people in predominantly black cities, saying they “have as much of a right to live out their dreams as any other child in America”.
Trump formally accepted the party’s presidential nomination, saying “I humbly and gratefully accept your nomination for the presidency of the United States”. “It is time to start showing the whole world that America is back – bigger and better and stronger than ever before”.

“Our convention occurs at a moment of crisis for our nation”, Trump said, to wild applause and cheers.
