Gordon Wants to Stay With Browns
According to Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon-Journal, Terrelle Pryor and Corey Coleman (hamstring) technically got the start, with Gordon then replacing the rookie for the second offensive snap.

“No. you can’t look at it that way”, Griffin said.
“You have a lot of young guys maybe playing at a time and they hear something and don’t react very quickly”. Gordon’s first play saw him motion into more of a tight end spot to block. “That’s what he has to chase every day to be a really good player for us”.
It’s clear tat the Cleveland Browns punter is directionally kicking to the regular-season opener, if you know what we mean.
But until he gives everyone an idea of where he is at, Gordon isn’t going anywhere. “I’m not sure how that works”, he said.
“Obviously, just like I talked about, we have to handle the elements right”.
Smile, Browns fans, Gordon is back.
If this is the last we see of the first stringers on either side of the ball, it’s not a great impression to leave. “Dez took a couple of steps and he felt something”.
Cleveland Browns cornerback Justin Gilbert suffered a concussion during Saturday’s preseason game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. “Last night’s game certainly didn’t go the way any of us would have liked and there’s plenty for us to learn from”.
As such, Cleveland has approached the past week of practice with a sense of urgency ahead of Friday night’s game. “I’m learning, and I need to see what he’s able to do”. Our coaches are telling us everything right.
The Browns seemed to be out of sync save for a handful of hard runs from running backs Isaiah Crowell and Duke Johnson Jr.
His first catch Friday went for 44 yards on third-and-8 on the Browns’ first drive.
TAMPA, Fla. (AP) – Robert Griffin III doesn’t want to get ahead of himself.
Gordon said Tuesday that he doesn’t want to be traded.
Now on to the negatives, or just the play of the first-team defense. The coach said that he was exploring different ways and situations in which to use the second-year defensive tackle to make him the most productive player possible.
Cleveland has also focused on ramping up its takeaways, be it by forcing fumbles or intercepting errant passes.

Things have been looking up since then, though, coming off the NFI List and having had some of his teammates who were around him in 2013 note that he looks much the same that he did that year.
