Pokemon GO brough Augmented Reality (AR) back; not just back, but on the forefront. The game uses smartphone satellite location, graphics and camera to bring cartoon monsters on real world settings.

But I was curious about what was so captivating about this game and wanted to see what was causing news reports of injuries and store owners paying money for the game to feature their location. In about 30 minutes walking the Main Street sidewalks, I counted nearly a dozen.

Poke Stops are places to stop and get supplies, like Pokeballs, which are used to catch the little monsters. Quick work for less than a block’s walk.
However, sponsored locations could become a divisive topic, especially for parents of young Pokemon GO players. It didn’t take me long to find them.
