Common Core finally got its moment in the spotlight Thursday night. Sen. “He used chemical weapons, he’s killed a quarter of a million of his own people and this President has done nothing”, he said.

“When you’re a governor, you’re held accountable for everything you do and the people of New Jersey have seen it”, Christie said.

“It appears that the same someone has been whispering in old Marco’s ear, too”, Christie said.

“Notably, the standards leave enough of Common Core in place that the committee recommended the state keep using standardized tests produced by the Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers (PARCC) – a multi-state consortium creating Common Core-aligned tests that has endured much backlash”, said the Daily Caller.

“She will come in and raise Social Security taxes”.

As Chris Christie continues his run for the GOP nomination for president, WNYC and NJPR reporter Matt Katz (the creator of The Christie Tracker) recapped the governor’s sixth State of the State address. Ted Cruz of Texas, Rubio stayed focused in most of his answers to denounce President Barack Obama and Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.

During the debate, Florida senator Marco Rubio said that “Governor Christie has endorsed numerous ideas that Barack Obama supports, whether it is Common Core or gun control or the appointment of Sonia Sotomayor or the donation he made to Planned Parenthood”.

Gov. Chris Christie threw a jab at Sen.

Christie denied the allegations, and kept it up in follow-up interviews on Friday.

The New Jersey governor also criticized Obama for his executive actions that bypass Congress. “First of all, I didn’t support Sonia Sotomayor”.

Christie made a number of gaffes on CBS’ “Face The Nation, ” including the claim that he never donated to Planned Parenthood, despite a 1994 newspaper story quoting Christie as saying he aided the organization “privately with my personal contribution.” .

But in 2009, the New Jersey Republican wrote in a statement: “After watching and listening to Judge Sotomayor’s performance at the confirmation hearings this week, I am confident that she is qualified for the position of Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court”. “No, what I said about Sonia Sotomayor was that she deserved an up or down vote”.

Chris Christie, a former federal prosecutor, loves to talk about “lawlessness”.

However, just four months after he offered up the ban proposal to lawmakers, Christie vetoed it along with two other gun control measures.
