Briefing media in Srinagar, Rajnath Singh said that shunning delegation members who have come for talks shows, Hurriyat members do not believe in democracy.
The delegation, in a statement, appealed to the people of the State to resolve all issues through dialogue and discussion.
The separatist leaders may lose round-the-clock security cover and high-tech medical facilities for ailing separatist leaders, extended by central and state governments.
He said the Centre is providing all support to the State Government. While interacting with the delegation, Mehbooba said that Kashmir is a common issue of national interest and should not be viewed as a political issue.
They asked both the governments to take steps to ensure that the education institutions, the government offices and commercial establishments start functioning at the earliest.
He said after the meeting: “If the prime minister [Narendra Modi] is going for the SAARC summit, Indo-Pakistan talks should be restarted again”.
Home Minister of Rajnath Singh on Monday said that he was confident that Kashmir situation will improve.
A day after Mufti invited separatists for talks in her capacity as PDP chief, separatist leaders Syed Ali Shah Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq (from separate Hurriyat Conference factions) and Yasin Malik (JKLF) issued a statement, rubbishing her offer.
TAKING separatist leaders head-on, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti on Tuesday accused them of instigating the children in the Valley to engage in violence while making sure their own studied overseas or outside the state.
“Parliament is the biggest Panchayat in the country and it is very serious about the situation in Kashmir”.
According to local officials and doctors, the use of pellet guns has killed at least four people and left more than 100 partially or completely blind.

Over 73 people have lost their lives and thousands injured in Kashmir in clashes between stone-pelting protesters and security forces and life remained disrupted in the Valley. “Kashmiri kahwa tou Dilli me bhi milta hai (Kashmiri kahwa is available in Delhi too)”, he said.
Rajnath Singh said the behaviour of separatist leaders towards the MPs was “certainly not Kashmiriyat”. Besides these, the Centre would also scrutinise their bank accounts and complete investigations in pending cases against them to send out a strong message to those provoking youths in Kashmir Valley to create disturbance since the killing of Hizbul militant Burhan Wani.
