Grace VanderWaal blows ‘America’s Got Talent’ judges away again
When you have acts like Grace VanderWaal, Malevo, Jon Dorenbos, Laura Bretan, Tape Face and Sal Valentinetti on the same night, narrowing down the list from 11 to five is naturally going to be pretty damn hard.

However, close-up magician Jon Dorenbos lid up the hall with his magical game performance.
I’m hoping Deadly Games gets a small boost from being the first act that stood out, and that Malevo has worn out its welcome. For the semifinals, Jon included all four of the judges into his act!
Grace VanderWaal, the 12-year-old break-out singer and ukulele player on this season of America’s Got Talent, has impressed the un-impressable Simon Cowell, melted our hearts and showed off true and original talent. She put it all on display during another classic performance of an original song titled, “Light The Sky”. In both cases, she gave show-stopping performances that had the judges gushing about her singing voice.
In place of a comment from Grace, judge Howie Mandel offered the star some advice. The judges were all praise for them despite some shaky moment in patches. Grace said that she considers Olivia as her best friend. Heidi called the guys “hot as always”, and Mel B said their performance was “off the chain”. The three acts are Laura Bretan, Edgar and Tape Face!
Bretan’s lack of votes was a surprise, especially after she powerfully sang “Pie Jesu” Tuesday.

Don’t want to know what happened on the America’s Got Talent 2016 Live Recap or see who went home on AGT Season 11 tonight?? A positive review from Simon Cowell is just as rare. Heidi votes to save Laura. Only five of the 11 acts that performed live on Tuesday will advance to the finals, which means six of them will be sent home. They need YOU to vote! Who you voting for?
