Grand Slam of Golf moved from Trump’s course
Trump National in Los Angeles is far from the only course owned by the American businessman to have hosted a top golf tournament. No replacement site was announced, with the PGA of America saying it was exploring options.

Three more companies have joined the slew of organizations dissociating from Donald Trump after his remarks made against Mexican immigrants continue to stir controversy. He predicted a similar scenario arising from the departure of the ESPY Celebrity Golf Classic, which was scheduled for July 14.
The move is the latest in a string of developments following the controversial comments by Trump, a Republican candidate for president.
Trump’s problem, Goldberg says, is he listens to the ass kissers who tell any rich guy what he wants to hear. A steady stream of Trump’s business partners have broken ties with him since his June 16 announcement that he would seek the Republican nomination for the November 2016 election.
Trump and PGA officials announced at a press conference in March that the 33rd annual Grand Slam of Golf – which showcases the four winners of the year’s major golf championships – would be moving from Bermuda to the luxury cliffside golf course October 19-21 and be broadcast on the Golf Channel.

The Fox television show released a video on Tuesday where Homer Simpson gets paid to wield a sign at Trump’s campaign kickoff and is sucked into the candidate’s “gravity defying comb-over” after asking himself “If I touch it, will it heal my baldness?” “They’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people”, he continued.
The statement was also a reaction to Trump’s claim that he’s had “tremendous support from the golf world, because they all know I’m right”.

We drew the National Hispanic Media Coalition, which had helped to pressure NBC to end its relationship with Trump, into the story, and the group threatened to organize a boycott of PGA events.
