Circa 2016 and the third in the series, Great Grand Masti, has failed to bring these numbers even in the entire weekend.

The most awaited adult movie Great Grand Masti opened with a basic start at the box office. On the opening day, it minted the amount of 1.78 crore on Indian box office. This leak further resulted in low box office earnings. This means that the movie was leaked, and the fact was later confirmed by her when she got calls saying that it was leaked online 17 days before the actual release date. Before the film release the expectations on the collections are huge as the previous series of Grand Masti proved their stamina with comedy genre stories and the present series has also come with the same formula. Riteish Deshmukh, Vivek Oberoi, Aftab Shivdasani and Urvashi Rautela spoke vociferously on the issue.
The film got a mixed negative and positive reviews from the critics as it is the adult and youth based film. People are attracted towards the film but they don’t show their interest to go and watch the Great Grand Masti on the big screens of theaters as they had already had a look at their home by downloading it from the various internet sites. Given the current box office trends and potentials, the figures of this Indra Kumar directorial aren’t very encouraging. The total collection of Great Grand Masti is stands to Rs.11.54 cr.in its earning. The Katrina Kaif and Aditya Roy Kapur starrer had brought in 19 crore in its final run and Great Grand Masti would end its run around the 15 crore mark! Which is not damn good for the makers of the film.

Unlike the two other sex comedies we had this year, Great Grand Masto opened much lower and could only garner 5 crores in 2 days.
