He said farmers can do miracles with their land but they need water, which is why his government has stressed on irrigation and water management.

Similarly, he said, warehousing facilities too have been expanded. According to a government report, the tax reform could add as much as 2 percentage points to the nation’s growth rate, through improving ease of business and encouraging investments.
