Guardiola wants ‘the best’ for Hart, working on ‘solution’
The 29-year-old, a two-time Premier League victor, was left on the bench for City’s first three games of the season with Caballero preferred.

“I can not deny it’s something special for me to return to Barcelona – I grew up there, to play there at 13 to become a footballer. They are going to be in rotation, part of that”, he said.
New signing Claudio Bravo and Willy Caballero, who is due to start against West Ham United on Sunday, are both above Hart in the pecking order and Guardiola also has youngster Angus Gunn at his disposal.
But Koeman told reports at a news conference ahead of Saturday’s match against Stoke City at Goodison Park that the Merseyside ground will not represent Hart’s escape destination.
Manchester City FC has signed goalkeeper Claudio Bravo from FC Barcelona of Spain for 18 million euros (about £15.4 million).
“He has experience, anticipates situations not in the box, in front of the box, good in the build-up plays, quick under the posts, he is a good player for us”, said Guardiola.
“We want the best for him and, of course, the club is going to help him get the best solution for him”, Guardiola explained.
“Some good and some bad, but I try to be honest”.
City are willing to fork out up to £90,000 of the 29-year-old’s weekly earnings if another club puts up their hand to offer him an escape route on loan.
The final piece of the puzzle seems to be in place for the Guardiola era at Manchester City, as the club have announced the signing of one of Pep Guardiola’s long time transfer targets this summer, Claudio Bravo.
Clubs from overseas who have been linked with the 29-year-old, who has two Premier League winner’s medals, include Sevilla in Spain and Borussia Dortmund in Germany. “I will treat him like anyone if he stays”, he said.
“Now I will challenge the other great goalkeepers the club has and together I hope we can win many trophies”.
Finishing 12th last season and opening this season with a 3-2 defeat to AC Milan, they are not one of the most glamorous sides in Italy, but would offer Hart an intriguing proposition.
“The first time is ‘Wow.’ The second time is the second time”. In the future it will be normal.
