Sources close to Gucci Mane – who’s been behind bars since September 2013 on a probation violation – tell TMZ he’s also ready to get back in the rap game. Good news is he’s free, bad news if he’ll still be on house arrest for the next few months. According to TMZ, Gucci’s lawyer filed a motion several months ago asserting that his client had not received proper credit for previous time served.
This afternoon (May 26), Gucci’s girlfriend Keyshia Ka’oir started posting short clips to Snapchat documenting his release and return home.
Gucci Mane is now officially a free man as the rapper was released from prison early after nearly three years behind bars.
