The U.S. women’s gymnastics team, anchored by all around world champion Simone Biles, won the team gold medal at the Olympics on Tuesday by the widest margin ever.

Laurie, Aly and Simone crushed it on the floor exercise as well the beam and vault, almost defying gravity with their high flying routines.
It was only when that piking, swiveling aerialist Biles completed her final tumbling pass in the floor exercise that their arms finally went up in triumph and their mouths opened with elation. “We have, like, our own mirrors and we sit on the floor and we have our own little lights”.
