The 18-year-old star announced the upbeat song on Twitter, revealing she cried upon its release.

The recent high school graduate officially made her first radio entry after previously featured on the soundtrack of the Keira Knightley and Adam Levine-starring film Begin Again (2014).

The pop single serves as an introduction to the starlet’s upcoming debut studio album.

Fans first heard Hailee’s vocal talents in Pitch flawless 2, in which she portrayed a collegiate member of the Barden Bella acapella group. The starlet is repped by Republic Records.

Lyrics like “I’m gonna put my body first/And love me so hard ’til it hurts” powerfully connect with the danceable beat and “I love me” chants in the chorus, making anyone singing along feel as good as Steinfeld clearly does. Loving yourself. She’s putting such an important message out there and we love her for it.

Enjoy the pictures of Hailee Steinfeld visiting the “The Elvis Duran Z100 Morning Show” in NYC (August 7). “I’ve made time and I’ve fallen in love with the whole process”.
