With Mark Teixeira sitting out because of neck spasms, the Yankees’ six-game winning streak came to an end Wednesday night with an 8-4 loss to the Blue Jays at the Stadium. “CC gave us all the chances to win this one and we just couldn’t win it”.

Blue Jays: SS Troy Tulowitzki sat out with a sore right quadriceps that caused him to exit Tuesday night’s game in the seventh inning. He said it’s nothing to worry about and he plans to play Thursday.
