Harbaugh says Wolverines about to go quiet
The ex-San Francisco 49ers coach was hired to take over the Wolverine program after Brady Hoke went 31-20 in four seasons at the school, including a 5-7 mark previous year.

He’s played catch in the streets of Paris, gone to a taping of his favorite show Judge Judy, and become a complete sensation this off-season in his return to college football.
Morris was asked if his relationship with Rudock differs from the one he shared with Gardner previously. “You learn a lot from just watching”.
“Give me a guy that fits those five criteria, and we’ll have a good fall”, he said.
“If I looked at it over all of spring ball, Shane would be ahead, and the competition will rage on, though, starting tomorrow-through April, into May, June, July and August”, Harbaugh said. Smith’s inconsistency as the lead back after that gave Johnson a chance to shine late in the year, but the hometown hero went down in a heap in the finale at Ohio State. Or, was he simply researching the whole Drake/Meek thing, trying to figure out what everyone was talking about?
It’s one of the many Harbaughisms-truly unusual stories that wouldn’t make sense if anyone else were involved-that have shifted the center of the college-football universe to wherever in the world he happens to be.
We haven’t seen the full video presentation yet (and may never for all we know), but Michigan released a teaser of the technology on the Michigan Athletics official Twitter account on Tuesday.
“He’s older, obviously; he has a lot of experience; I think it’s a great addition”, Chesson said.
Including Isaac himself, though the soft-spoken 20-year-old says he’s keeping his personal goals to himself. “Very dynamic speaker”, Harbaugh said in an interview last week.
Neither quarterback has any idea how he’ll be evaluated and the time line with Harbaugh, Fisch and offensive coordinator Tim Drevno.
Drevno was at USC when Isaac arrived there as a freshman, and he envisions a variety of roles for him now at Michigan, provided he can stay healthy. I feel like I can win this job and be the best quarterback for this team.
MS: U-M needs a quarterback, a running back and a receiver.
Granted, Chesson later said he likes hauling in passes from his other quarterbacks, too, making sure to stick to his team’s “play things close-to-the-vest situation” about quarterback. “I mean, it doesn’t really matter”. He’s in the building all the time. And then we’re start working the whittling down period.

Which is why, he admits, he can’t help but count the days until that season opener.
