After suffering a heart attack during a flight from London, she was hospitalized and passed away Tuesday morning at the age of 60.

Billy Dee Williams, who starred as Lando Calrissian, also tweeted: “I’m deeply saddened at the news of Carrie’s passing”. Candles and flowers surround the star. The actress, who recently reprised her role for upcoming “Star Wars” films, will still appear in the next film, “Star Wars: Episode 8”.

Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Erik Scott said paramedics administered advanced life-saving care to a patient at Los Angeles International Airport on Friday and transported the person to a nearby hospital. She and her husband Alistair had a Star Wars themed wedding in October 2016.
